Privacy

We take privacy seriously. Our approach is designed to stay practical, transparent, and aligned with GDPR principles, while keeping customer data as local and controlled as possible.

Who we are

Agentique Atelier is a Belgian business focused on helping small and medium businesses use practical digital tools and local-first setups to improve the day-to-day running of their business.

What data we may collect

  • Contact details you share with us, such as your name, email address, company name, and the information you provide when contacting us.
  • Basic communication history needed to respond to your enquiry or continue a business discussion with you.
  • Project and configuration information required to deliver a setup or support service.

Why we process data

  • To respond to enquiries and organise follow-up conversations.
  • To prepare, deliver, maintain, or support a service you requested.
  • To meet legal, administrative, or contractual obligations where applicable.

Legal basis

Depending on the context, we process data on the basis of legitimate interest, pre-contractual necessity, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or consent where relevant.

Local-first and customer data control

One of the core principles of Agentique Atelier is to reduce unnecessary exposure of customer data. Where possible, systems are designed to run locally on customer-owned hardware. This means customer operational data can remain under the customer's control rather than being broadly centralised or exposed through third-party platforms.

That said, the exact setup may depend on the service delivered and the tools involved. We aim to keep data exposure as limited as reasonably possible and will communicate clearly when third-party services are involved.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including follow-up, service delivery, legal compliance, and reasonable business record-keeping.

Your rights under GDPR

If GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of your personal data, subject to legal conditions and limitations.

Belgian and EU compliance

This page is intended to provide a clear explanation of our privacy approach in a Belgian and EU business context. It does not replace tailored legal advice. If needed, we may refine this page further as our legal and operational setup evolves.
