We are building Agentique Atelier for the people behind smaller businesses, the ones carrying real responsibility, real pressure, and real passion every day.
Three friends, with experience across major organisations, who chose to focus our work on helping smaller businesses use technology in a more practical and meaningful way.
We are a team of three friends with around 25 years of combined experience across IT, sales, marketing, cyber security, banking, engineering, and legal environments. Over the years, we worked in and alongside large organisations and corporate structures, including companies such as KPMG, SWIFT, and DiXIO.
That experience taught us a lot. It also showed us how much pressure, abstraction, and meaninglessness can build up when work becomes disconnected from real people. We saw colleagues and friends burn out under constant demands, shifting priorities, and models that often left very little room for purpose.
At some point, we decided we wanted our work to mean something more direct. We wanted to focus on the real backbone of the economy: small and medium businesses, the people behind them, and the families, risks, passion, and dreams that come with building something of your own.
We believe smaller businesses are living through one of the biggest shifts since the internet era, and they should not be left to navigate it alone.
The world is going through a major technological transformation. New tools are changing how businesses operate, how customers are served, and how work gets done. For large organisations, adapting is easier, they have teams, budgets, systems, and specialists already in place.
Smaller businesses do not have that luxury. Yet they represent the biggest share of businesses in the country, and they are often the most exposed when expectations rise, costs increase, and larger players move faster. This shift can become another source of pressure, or it can become a real opportunity.
We built Agentique Atelier to help turn that pressure into something constructive. Our goal is to give smaller businesses access to practical tools that free up time, reduce unnecessary stress, protect customer data through local-first setups, and help business owners focus more on meaningful work, the craft, service, and relationships that made them start in the first place.
