We designed Agentique with one principle: you should always know where your data is and who has access to it.
Your AI assistant runs on a dedicated device in your office. The majority of tasks — email processing, document handling, scheduling, reminders, communication — are processed entirely on your hardware using a local AI model. Your data stays in your building.
The hardware sits in your office. The data is on your device. If you choose to enable cloud AI for advanced tasks, you use your own account and your own API key. Agentique never stores, accesses, or processes your data. We configure the system — you own and control it.
Some advanced tasks — such as complex legal analysis or nuanced multilingual content — benefit from a more powerful cloud-based AI model. This is entirely optional. If you enable it, the connection runs through your own account with the AI provider. The provider does not store your data or use it for training. You can see exactly which tasks use cloud processing and disable it at any time.
Whether you run fully local or use the hybrid approach, your setup is GDPR compliant. For cloud AI usage, the provider offers a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that you sign directly. Since you control the hardware, the API key, and the data — you are the data controller. Agentique acts as a consultant, not a data processor. We configure your system but never handle your data.
The device sits in your office. You own it.
Processed locally by default. Nothing leaves without your say-so.
If you enable cloud AI, it runs on your own API key. Not ours.
We configure and optimise. We never see or touch your data.
